Smiles Day Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
This promotion is open to anyone who is a resident of British Columbia. No purchase is necessary to enter. Employees of Nanaimo Smiles and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
2. Promotion Details
Nanaimo Smiles is offering a complimentary dental exam, x-rays, and cleaning (up to 4 units of scaling, polish, and fluoride) for one person SELECTED each Saturday until Canada Day (July 1, 2025). The services must be used during one visit and are non-transferable.

3. Duration of the Promotion
This promotion starts on May 26, 2025, and will run until Canada Day (July 1, 2025). Services must be scheduled and used by the end of July 2025. No substitutions or extensions are permitted.
4. Exclusions
The promotion is limited to the specified dental exam, x-rays, and cleaning services. Any additional services, treatments, or procedures, including but not limited to fillings, extractions, and cosmetic treatments, are not included and will be subject to standard fees.
5. Non-Transferability
This promotion is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nanaimo Smiles is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in this promotion. By participating, you agree to release Nanaimo Smiles, its employees, and affiliates from any liability related to the promotion.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes, the parties agree to resolve the matter through informal negotiation, followed by mediation if necessary. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in British Columbia.
8. Right to Modify or Cancel
Nanaimo Smiles reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
